Toss your idea

Posted on August 28th, 2008 by César Salazar / Post your comment »

Have a very cool idea that you´re never bringing to life?

Toss it to Public Idea and let somebody else do the work!

Ideas are worthless when they stay
just in our heads. Most of us (intelligent people) come up with new
ideas day by day, but that doesn’t mean we’re going to make a business
out of them. Sometines they’re tiny, sometimes they’re huge, but
usually we let them get rotten in our brains before letting somebody
know.

Public Ideas pretends to change that.

But best of all is that you don’t even need to log into the website to share a thought. Just twitter @publicidea and let the rest of the world receive a bit of your creativity.

Reading this blog entry about David Weekly’s conference at ITESM was awesome. It reminds me when I was 20 and I attended a very inspiring conference too.

Back in 2004, I attended a conference at ITESM Monterrey about “Karaoke Capitalism”. The presenter, Kjell Nördstrom, is the co-author of a very famous book with the same name and other very important one called “Funky Business”. It was a lifechanging experience. Right after that, I decided to go serious as an entrepreneur and officially co-founded PLU5 Digital Workshop.

Thanks to people such as Kjell and David for inspiring us to achive the greatest.
